This series of industrial cobalt-60 irradiation facilities is a fundamental product of our company. It primarily combines an overhead conveyor system with pneumatic source pass mechanisms, enabling dense arrangement of the source pass mechanisms and automatic turning of irradiation product boxes. This allows for multi-path and multi-station irradiation. Examples include a six-path fully automatic operation mode suitable for high-dose product irradiation sterilization (such as medical supplies), and an internal two-path fully automatic operation mode suitable for products requiring rapid processing (such as frozen foods). The SQ(F) is a versatile irradiation facility, particularly suited for users with complex product varieties, flexible operation mode requirements, and relatively low labor costs.
