The core members of Sanqiang Nuclear are primarily senior technical personnel formerly from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Second Research and Design Institute of Nuclear Industry, with extensive experience in radiation processing technology, electron accelerator applications, and the research and design of gamma irradiation facilities. The company has formed a technical team with strong capabilities in research, design, technological development, and innovation, including three nationally registered/cetrified nuclear safety engineers. The company's Lifetime Honorary Chairman, Wang Chuanzhen, was awarded the "Laurence Award" at the 16th International Meeting on Radiation Processing (IMRP).
